401(k):
Available after one year of continuous service. Entry dates are January 1 and July 1. You are immediately vested in this program. For every $1 you contribute, Sage matches $1. Participants may elect to contribute up to 10%.

Vacation:
For the first year of employment the amount of vacation benefit available is based upon your start date. Typically, after two years of employment, associates enjoy two weeks of vacation. After completion of 5 years of employment, the vacation benefit is increased to three weeks; after completion of 12 years, the vacation benefit is four weeks.

Group medical coverage:
Your choice of either a PPO or HMO plan which includes dental, prescription drug, and life insurance.

Short Term Disability:
Available after one year of employment at no charge to associate. Provides 60% of pay for up to 26 weeks if deemed disabled.

Long Term Disability:
Available after one year of employment. Also provided for you by the company. Provides 60% of pay for up to 26 weeks if deemed disabled. If still disabled after 26 weeks, there is a pay-out schedule based on age.

Educational Assistance:
After one year of service, associates are eligible for educational reimbursement. Undergraduate work has a lifetime maximum of $5,000 with a $1,000 reimbursement limit per year. Associates must pass the course with a "C" or better and submit receipts for reimbursement. The associates or bachelor's curriculum does NOT have to be work related. Graduate level work has a lifetime maximum of $8,000 and the degree must be work related.

Bereavement pay:
Three days of pay are provided for a death in the immediate family.

Jury Duty:
Sage pays for up to ten days of jury service.

Flexible Benefit Plan:
Allows associates the option of paying for premiums, unreimbursed health care expenses and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars deducted from their payroll checks.

Direct Deposit:
All payroll related checks are direct deposited into the associate's bank account.

Employee Assistance Program:
Provided as a service to our associates. Allows associates to contact professionals to help with solving problems of a personal nature.

On-Site Health Club:
Open 24 hours a day for the benefit of Sage associates and their spouses. Step-aerobic, yoga, stretching and other classes are offered free of charge.

Associate Referral program:
Sage has an incentive program which encourages our associates to refer others for employment with Sage.

Personal pay:
Hourly and Salary Non-exempt associates can earn up to 40 hours of personal pay per calendar year.
