A comprehensive pressure ulcer reduction program—featuring incontinence care with a uniquely delivered skin protectant-can help your facility improve patient safety by reducing skin breakdown. Before measuring progress, however, it is important to assess the current state of incontinence care at your facility, including current interventions and caregiver knowledge.
